frequently asked questions

  • Tickets will be emailed to you via our ticketing partner, Tixr. If you can not find you ticket please reach out to 

    events@mshanken.com.

  • Yes, there will be a delicious selection of small plates to enjoy.

  • Yes, cigars can be enjoyed in the event space.

  • Seminar tickets are only available for purchase with one of our seminar packages (All-Access, Gold or Silver Packages) and are not sold separately.

  • Be casual, come as you are!

  • Big Smoke Las Vegas will be held at the Paris Las Vegas.

  • For any questions about your reservation or general questions involving your stay please contact the Paris Las Vegas directly at (877) 796-2096.

  • A refund (minus processing fees) is available for all tickets until 60 days prior to the event, September 2, 2024.

    After that, there are no more refunds. If you need to request a refund or exchange please send your request to events@mshanken.com.

  • Yes, in order to purchase tickets to any wine, whisky, or cigar event you must first create a Tixr fan account. However, you will only have to go though this process once. You can use the same log in information moving forward. If you have any issues creating your account please email events@mshanken.com

  • Yes, you can! To transfer your ticket please log in to your fan account on Tixr.com, click on "my events" to view your Big Smoke Las Vegas ticket.  Once you see the event click on "manage transfers" and follow the prompts to transfer your ticket. Please note, this you may only transfer your ticket once. If you have any issues please reach out to events@mshanken.com.

  • While there are no required health and safety protocols for Big Smoke Las Vegas, as a courtesy to all of those attending, we request that all attendees that are feeling unwell not attend.
